This also allows us to be very competitive, as we don’t pay for the ability to have our name, or for franchise fees. We do business the way we think that we should, not according to a franchise agreement.
We’re Local. We are from West Michigan, and we know how business is done here. We expect honesty, loyalty, and excellence from our partners, and we offer the same to our customers.

Our goal is to alleviate that stress as quickly as possible, so you can get your home or business back the way you want it. We Do Good Work. Because Action Restoration is a premier, full service Restoration Company, we don’t use subcontractors to do our restoration work. The same crew who does the initial cleanup is the same crew that will do the remainder of the work. They are employees of Action Restoration. We hire only experienced, professional, picky people, because we want the work to be done correctly, the first time. Companies who consistently hire subcontractors hire them for one of two reasons. Either they’re the cheapest, or they’re the cheapest.
