Installed end panel by fridge. Installed range hood. Installed hardware. Prepped for trim.
Good progress today. Hung the rest of the boxes, reinstalled the doors and drawers, squared and leveled doors and drawers and prepped for knobs and pulls
Installed most of the cabinet boxes today. Also reinstalled the dishwasher, a temporary countertop and temporary sink. It takes about 8 - 10 weeks to get a new countertop these days and we don't want to leave them without a functional kitchen.
Moving forward. Patched the floor which was rotten out due to leaky plumbing. Relocated 2 outlets that would have been half covered by the new cabinets. Removed "dead" vent snd wiring. Hung drywall where necessary and applied 1 coat of mud.
Finished removing all the cabinets, counter tops and backsplashes. Stripped all the wallpaper as well
Starting a kitchen remodel. It's demo day

Mold remediation project. Basement window leaks. Damage to drywall and the carpet and pad. Baseboard damaged as well.
Met with customer final selection on the backsplash and we have schedule the restoration of the kitchen. Customer added small remodel project
Customer had sewer drain back up. Water extraction and dryout. We need to clean and treat floor and remove and replace a small area of drywall.
Customer picked out selection for new cabinets for water restoration project. Can’t wait to get this project rolling. Ready to go placed orders
Drop flooring samples off to the homeowner. Waiting for final selection so we can finish up the water restoration portion of the job. New cabinets and plaster repair completed
