The homeowner removed to linoleum. I scraped the felt backing off, applied antimicrobial spray and set up an air mover and dehumidifier.

Hung the dry wall yesterday and got one coat on today. The homeowner asked if I could mud the existing drywall as well. Hanging the drywall was extra work as well. It makes sense to take care of other things, since we are there anyway.

Thieves broke a window to rob a local party store last night. I removed the large broken pane and boarded it up until the glazing (commercial windows) company can replace it
